The Voices of Showtime started singing together more than 20 years ago under the direction of Dr. Ray Danley. Today, these exceptional

vocal & stage entertainers, under the guidance of Artistic Director Alan Ely, are dedicated to bringing joy to Canadian audiences

through the passion of their beautifully-blended voices and professional, polished performance skills.

Their marvelous music and lively stage antics feature the very best songs of the 40's, 50's & 60's with familiar

tunes performed originally by Sinatra, Paul Anka, The Platters, The Diamonds, The Four Freshmen, The

Beach Boys, Nat King Cole, The Crew Cuts, Cole Porter, Glenn Miller and many more.

Alan Ely - Artistic Director

As one of the chorus' senior lead tenors & performance soloists, Alan Ely has been singing with Showtime

for over 20 years. He also provides corporate and private performances, as well as

vocal teaching & training in his local community.

Alan directs the ensemble's repertoire, vocal harmonies & stage choreography

in addition to acting as Master of Ceremonies at Showtime concerts.

Dr. Ray Danley - Founder

Ray is a renowned vocalist, entertainer, and choral director. His professional stage experience as a tenor/baritone

includes: 'The Canadian Tribute to Glenn Miller Orchestra', 'The Canadian Heritage Quartet' & 'Celebration'.

He has a degree in vocal performance (ARCT) from the Royal Conservatory in Toronto, and his skills as an vocal clinician

are still eagerly sought by vocal ensembles across North America. Ray continues to inspire the work of The Voices of Showtime.
